1. Close to tons of restaurants (chains but also great little restaurants with patio near the ocean) It's not a 5 stars hotel and they don't pretend to be but the room was clean, the shower and bathroom were clean too (i'm picky).

2. I'd recommend to couples or families with older kids who want to spend time on the beach, but I don't recommend this for families with small kids since the breakfast isn't too balanced and the lack of bath/shower combination.
