1. ONLY downside is the VERY small shower which I overcame quickly becasue of the view.

2. The bathroom is tiny, shower & toilet which is more than enough in most cases but by far smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a commercial property hotel but hey I was clean when I left the bathroom so thats all that matters.
