1. It is well maintained but as it is getting old, rooms need some upgrade - mattresses are old and uncomfortable, bathroom needs new tub and shower, balcony would be better with more privacy between rooms and new TV would be nice.

2. We stayed in a older wing and it only had a shower which didn't bother me but my wife would have prefered a tub.

3. The shower also was clogged and wouldn't drain fast enough so you had to turn the water off half way through your shower to stop it from over flowing the shower stall (no bathtub).
