1. There were unfinished repairs within the room, rust in the shower drain, spackel on the walls, and a large empty space in the corner like something was missing, etc. Also, we had a king size bed with 2 pillows.

3. If you are looking for a luxury place, then this is not for you, but if you just want a decent place to stay for overnight or a few days I think you would enjoy the Guesthouse - (comfortable beds and great shower heads).
