3. The bathroom had this tiny little tub that looked like it was made for a 5-year old, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month of Sundays.

4. If you can spend a bit more for the Garden Suite, do, and you'll have your own personal garden terrace, living room, and Jacuzzi tub.

5. The lace curtains had large tears, the fringed lampshades were unraveling, the jacuzzi tub had no motor (as evidenced by the hole in the tub where the control used to be) .
