The room was way past due for renovation, broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty floor next to the toilet, scratched, worn finish on sink, tub, faucets, toilet seat, etc., parts missing from the microwave turn table, huge white stain plus another dark stain on ottoman, lint, threads on carpeting indicating that the room was not vacuumed, toilet bubbled and water rose when the toilet next door was flushed, toilet seat was up upon arrival and it appeared as if it had been used (needed to be flushed).
