1. They simply left a paper under the door that let us know they came by, saw the sign, and had supplies such as fresh towels, etc., available upon request at the front desk if we needed anything.

5. After several minutes, the woman in the doorway says 'hurry up ladies', and the second woman finally emerges from the bathroom, where she had been stacking the towels on the back of the toilet as there is no rack in this bathroom.
