1. When I did, and I tried to do it discreetly as there were other registrants in the room, the clerk gave me a apathetic look and said, 'I suppose you would like to have your towels replaced.

2. If they called ahead of time like I did, they would have realized before coming that they do not serve breakfast, their office does close at 11 pm, and I have no idea what one was talking about that they were told to wash their own towels.
