1. From our perspective, one of the best aspects was found in the staff who were most responsive to each and every request (including fresh bedding, information on where to eat, additional towels, etc.).

2. Oh - when I asked for tub to be cleaned to take a bath after evil gunk was gone, I got the maintenance guy in with a plain towel to wipe it.
