1. We never got clean towels our whole stay there and my coffee pot was broken and I told the front desk about it she offered me to go to the breakfast area to get some and it tasted horrible.

7. ) The room was truly disgusting - stains everywhere, a mildewy smell, little hairs embedded in the towels and blankets, peeling paint, heater that barely worked, furniture that looked worse than what you'd see sitting in a roadside trash pile.
