1. We were in the room when housekeeping arrived so I guess so felt she didn't need to freshen the room, we were handed clean towels and the trash was emptied and that was it, then she had me initial a paper.

2. My only complaint is that they didn't have the Disney channel for my child and it took a while for the daily cleaning so we had to get our own towels from the cleaning cart.

3. All 3 days we had to ask for towels because they wouldn't leave enough in the room, even one day I had to go down to the front desk because no one would answer the phone.
