5. There were two things that would have made this hotel a truely great hotel: heating the very nice but outdoor swimming pool, and larger towels.

6. problems: room keys failed each time we left room, even when we took special care not to have by phones or ccards;NO blowdryer, NO coffee maker, found cockroach crawling on phone by bed, tiny towels, fridge dirty.
