2. i had a wonderful stay at your birmingham location the staff was very nice and friendly, the room was nice and clean i didnt have to ask for clean towels they just renewed them for me that was great i will be back to stay there again.

3. My recent stay at another local extended stay hotel started with low prices (but not as low as Sun Suites) then moved on to you had to wash your own towels and sheets.

5. " Smells like the bottom of an ashtray even though it was non-smoking, and, get this -- you have to BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR CLEAN ONES -- they didn't change the sheets or towels ONCE while I stayed 8 days.
