5. A maid came at 6:30 pm and tidied the room and turned down the bed and then at 9:00 an employee knocked on our door and asked if we wanted extra towels or ice.

6. The hotel was very nice but there were too many people coming to your room to ask if you wanted extra towels, ice, etc. We had at least 4 people come to our room and ask the same thing over and over as well as repeat the services available .
