1. The room was nice, the location good and most of the staff were very helpful, but as I posted on TripAdvisor the desk and reservation staff did not understand the importance of Handicap Accessible.

3. Our room had access to a huge wrap around patio, which was shared by other rooms and eventually led to the outdoor pool, which was closed.
