5. Very nice looking hotel, friendly staff, nicely done rooms BUT when you step off the elevator on the 7th or 8th floor the smell hits you.

8. The staff helped with odd requests (ie, housekeeping brought a vaccuum up the the room to suck the air out of my sisters storage bags when we left) and we just gennerally warm and accommodating.
