4. i'm staying here in a standard room thru work so i can't get overly upset since i'm not paying but if i was here on vacation i would feel mad at getting best western type rooms for this kind of price.

5. the look of the room is super dated, beds are really basic, carpet was definitely dingy and you can see wear and like tears and patches in some spots.

10. The place is dark and dingey, the bathrooms in the standard rooms are tiny, there is very little hanging space in the wardrobe and there is no bar fridge, no kettles, no glasses.
