3. For a reasonable price you get a very large room with a sitting area, almost a suite, a large flat-screen TV, and a panel with HDMI and component inputs so you can do presentations from the TV.

4. First impressions were brilliant, I'm not someone who has stayed in a Hyatt before, I'm more of a Marriot Person so I was impressed by how big the rooms were.

5. This was not the fault of anyone apart from one person, but thankfully the extremely friendly front desk staff got the room cleaned very quickly so demonstrated good service recovery.
