1. The furniture is a bit old but the room was quiet, clean, equipped with fridge, small kitchen and even a jacuzzi.

2. The room was clean and in decent shape, the bed was entirely sleepable (and I'm pretty picky), the hot water worked, the bathroom was cleasn and functional, there was a refrigerator in the room and an on-site laundry room ($4.00 in quarters to wash and dry a load, plus another $1.
