1. although its free I was expecting a better food since I paid a relatively high price for the room, the food was really bad.

2. I even heard the guy on the next room peeing!third, the heat system in the room is controlled by the hotel not the guest in the room, you only can turn on the cold but not the heat.

5. A limited number of rooms, the rooms are small but comfortable and clean, a nice 'patio' with a pool and some chairs, where also breakfast is served.
