1. Housekeeping was horrible--towels were not replaced and one day the room was not cleaned at all.

2. The hotel itself was dirty and rundown, our room appeared that it had not been cleaned there were cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures, sticky stuff all over the counter top, and the tub was clogged.
