8. Last time my room had recently been redone, it was obvious, and this time it was a little less upscale for what I would have expected from a Raddison.

10. I got there at 2PM which was before check-in, but they scrambled to have my room ready within just a few minutes, which was greatly appreciated, as my son was tired after a long drive.
