1. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel- the 2 of us were sinking towards the center all night and both woke up with back aches.

2. The appliances were old, sink stopper was broken, room was drafty, the TV was old and small, bed was uncomfortable, and it overall had a used feel to it.

3. bed sheets are dirty, asked front desk to change it twice (on day 1 and day 2), they said ok, but the bed sheets remained the same till the last day.

4. Shortly after checking into our rooms, we noticed 3 large bags full of garbage that had been shoved under the kitchen sink and pet hair that covered the couch, top of bed, and worst of all.

5. The sofa bed was oddly placed right up against the coffee table and TV which was strange and it turns out they were hiding 2 really disgusting stains.

6. the bed was OK, could have used a few more pillows; but if I had called the front desk I am sure they would have had them delivered immediately.

9. It was a nice hotel room - we had one queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a kitchen and fireplace.
