3. The interesting thing that happened to us is that the maid put the wrong size sheets on the bed.

4. The negative aspects were a broken light bulb in a bedside lamp (no reading in bed); the dining area was not open on one morning and the service in the dining area was lackluster plus portion size of the yogurt parfait was very small.

7. We had already unpacked suitcases, it was late and kids needed to go to bed for an early morning flight, and our only option was to pack up and move upstairs or use the public showers between the pool and workout room.

9. I believe they were Queen size and we had a King size bed, and the mattress pad was on the wrong way too.
