1. Areas for improvement is the bed was on the hard side, and they were a bit skimpy with the pillows.

2. The bathroom had been renovated and not finished, the bed was not the most comfortable, and needed a headboard, the cleaners should not have bothered to have come in after the first night apart from changing the towels.

9. Unfortunately the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the base offered no support and the springs were very evident in the mattress - we did complain after our first sleepless night and were assured that an alternative bed would be put into the room.

10. This turned out to be a well worn single camp bed and as we are a family of four this meant that someone still had to sleep on the sofa bed.
