1. The queen size bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.

2. As mentioned above, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and the beds are a little undersized.

3. That said, for smaller kids, the small beds shouldn't be too much of a problem, but be careful with the sofa bed.

4. The first floor came with a full kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size fridge w/freezer etc), living room with a very uncomfortable sofa bed, bathroom with a shower, dining table area and sun deck patio (enclosed with glass/ screens).

5. The kids had their own room, so we could put them to bed and still stay up after they went to bed (hard to do that in a standard hotel).

8. Unlike a hotel we had space and could put the children to bed and then we could go downstairs and talk, watch TV, read and plan the next day.
