1. If you want a nice room and comfortable bed at night that offers swimming in the evening and steps to the ocean, Uncle Billy's Hilo will be hard to beat.

5. The cleaning staff apparently were not skilled in bed making for the corners of our fitted sheets were consistently not placed under the mattress; they were sort of laid on top of the mattress.

9. i got a room in uncle billys hotel being it was close to the harbour and inexpensive since i went to hilo to do some fishing after fishing all day ( AND NO I DONT DRINK OR DO DRUGS) i went to the hotel to rest for my next big day of fishing i went to sleep and woke up with the feeling of my blanket being pulled off of me i woke up to see this woman standing at the foot of my bed and what scared me is there was nothing from the knee down i did not wait for another second i left my room slept in my boat then the next morning i checked into another hotel my friends that traveled with me thaught i was crazy but i will never go there again.

10. The room itself was surprisingly large - set up with 2 full beds and 1 twin, which worked great for us because we have a boy and a girl, so they both got their own bed.
