4. When we arrived there was a pile of bedding outside our door, there were hand a face smudge marks on the windows, and the window seals (right next to bed too) were filmy.

5. Unfortunately our room never cooled off any lower, and with warm comforters on the bed, we had to sleep on top of the covers, and even woke up sweating at points.
