3. Cable was not coming on and after checking the back of the tv, I noticed that they did not have the proper type of cable connected and that the connection was barely in.

4. There is free internet access, although in the rooms you need a cable, the foyer has wifi (not very fast!) The rooms are a good size, including a coffee maker and a iron/ironing board.

5. My first complaint is that the hotel's web site says there is internet in the rooms but does not inform guests they have to bring their own cable or buy one at the desk for an inflated price.
