1. The fan in the bathroom was loud, so I couldn't leave the light on at night as I usually do when staying in a hotel because it came on with the light.

4. My main complaints with the room were the extremely shabby and over used linens and worn out pillows, plus the fact that the bathroom did not receive a thorough cleaning as we found hair on the floor when we checked in.

5. The hotel and rooms are very dark and dingy, air con is very noisy and not particularly effective, bathroom was very dark and grey, carpets stained, coffee facilities are provided BUT milk is strictly for breakfast only.
