2. The staff were always helpful and the two times we contacted reception for a bathroom problem and an unlockable safe someone came to our room within minutes to fix them.

3. In our bathroom, the wallpaper was starting to peel and the shower nozzle was starting to come out of the wall, but those were the only minor flaws I could find within the very clean room.

4. The bathroom also lacked a vent fan, which made the 'toilet ballet' more of a game of 'Dibs', as in, 'I called it first!' The linens in our room were new and still soft.

8. It was very cold in Memphis when we were there and the tile on the bathroom floor was sooooo cold.

9. Didn`t bother me personally but it may bother people allergic to smoke smells etc.The room was very clean with just a slight smell of Tobacco and the bathroom was also quite sufficient.
