1. The counter in the bathroom was dirty and the air conditioning was so loud it woke us up everytime it went on.

2. Our room was a 'upgrade' with a balcony, full kitchen, dining room tv, small bathroom on the side, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with a king size bed, hot tub, and shower, Our friends room on the other side of the resort was the same lay out.

3. However, it seems the hotel has very different kind of rooms and we must have got one of the worst, just a small bedroom with the bathroom, not a kitchen, or living room or even a mini bar in the bedroom.

7. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite - 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room , balcony overlooking the pool, 2 flat screen tvs, washer and dryer, full luzurious kitchen with granite countertops, nice cabinets, and high end stainless appliances.

8. My only complaint would be the bathrooms - if you have any physical limitations, the shower/tub is very high and would be difficult to get in and out of.

9. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite when we arrived, which had a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 bathrooms.

10. The most remarkable thing about our stay was that we got an enormous luxury apartment (living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, king bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, balcony with a view of the water) for the price you would expect to pay for a regular room in central Key West.
