1. There were holes in the comforter and filth on the windows, curtains and the bathroom was a horror story.

4. The a/c did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the bathroom light was out, you could barely fit in the bathroom and you could not find any bottled water in the hotel because the vending machines don't carry any so that the gift shop can make money but is rarely open.
