We stayed in multiple `penthouse suites` and in each the bathroom floor tiles were almost all loose or broken, the toilet was wobbly/leaking the vanities had pealing laminate, the fireplaces were 50/50 functional, the front door had trouble closing, and the appliances were sometimes non-functional.
