1. The room I stayed in was in pretty bad shape - cockroaches in the bathroom, no remote to the tv and so on.

7. Working A/C :-) Bathroom and kitchenette attached to each room, would be awesome if there was a group of you traveling, but this is not so good for me as I like to meet people in a communal kitchen/ lounge/TV area as it's good to get info off others when traveling alone.
