1. Examples in no particular order: Bathroom: dark (two small flourescent tubes), old style tile darkened grout and mildewed, old shower head that drooped down and would not stand up, 7' ceiling, black-painted mirror frame with chipped paint allowed me to see only up to my nose (had to be low due to the ceiling and large frame) I am only 5'11 1/2', no exhaust fan, steamed mirror, sloppy caulking job, patched/repaired ceiling.
