1. It is well maintained but as it is getting old, rooms need some upgrade - mattresses are old and uncomfortable, bathroom needs new tub and shower, balcony would be better with more privacy between rooms and new TV would be nice.

6. It's a no frills kind of place, no elevator in the three story Molokai building (work off those meals), but there are views of Black Rock from the balcony (unless you paid more for a garden view).
