Well I got the soft bed but no hot shower.
Should you, therefore, after climbing into bed, not feel like hopping over to the TV set to power on and off and to change channels, any attempt to read comfortably in bed will be rebuffed by the sheer inconvenience of having to get out and use the wall switches to control your light.

There was confusion with the people whom I spoke to at Expedia regarding our special needs being met but we were grateful to the Manager at the Ramada Foothills Inn & Suites because she made it possible for us to get a beautiful "Handicapped" Suite with two queen sized beds for the same price as was quoted to us for a handicapped room.
Large comfortable room (suite), plenty of hot water in the shower.

Room was clean.
So many things in the room and around the facility were damaged or worn down that gave me the impression that someone is milking a cash cow without reinvesting in necessary maintenance.

The only reason I gave a 2 for cleanliness is that the first day when I checked in (about 11 pm), the room had not been completely cleaned - the trash had not been removed and there were some dirty towels in the bathroom.
' Besides the smell, greeting us in each room was a frayed notice advising that all items in the room had been inventoried prior to our arrival and that we would be 'charged accordingly for any missing or damaged items (including towels).
