Bed is very comfortable and lots of pillows.
We needed to get new bedding and pillows due to health reasons.

From the higher floors the view is probably very nice.
Great view of River Front Park.

All in all rooms a bit small and bed clean.

Room was clean, little bit outdated.
The rooms I have stayed in are very dated with the exception of the beds.

Little tiny bathroom.
The only real downside was the bathroom is outdated.

After settling into our room, our experience continued to go downhill: thin walls and doors as we could hear a kid crying in the next room and doors slamming in the hallway, one phone in the suite did not work, coffee maker leaked, no one answered at the front desk the first night around 9:45pm and the following morning around 10:40am, no one answered room service after four tries of calling between 10:30am and 10:40am, apathetic front desk staff behaving more like staff you would find at a Motel 6, no sheets and blankets provided for the pull-out sofa in the main living area, no shower caps in either of the two bathrooms in our suite, and a mildew -smelling gym.
We paid $250 for an Executive Suite and we were very disappointed upon entering our very dated and poorly kept adjoining rooms: water stained and peeling wallpaper, nicked bathroom countertops, dusty phones (one had a small stain on the key pad), small holes in the sofa, worn/stained bathtubs, and stained interiors of dresser drawers.
