Hacienda Motel

• The bathroom were all new with nice bathtub and shower, granite vanity top, hair dryer, coffee maker .

• The bathroom was nice too: immaculately clean, lots of counter space, and it had a good sized bathtub shower with good water pressure.

• The room smelled and it was old.

• Saying that room whatever was mad because there was ashe's all over the room and they complained of smoke.

• 1) Front desk staff indifferent 2) large yellow stain on comforter - urine?3) 1/2 of the towels in the bathroom were stained/soiled 4) motel rented room next to us to teenagers/20 somethings who were drinking and yelling at each other until 3:00 for two nights running 5) strange odor in room 6) traffic noise all day and night 7) all of this loveliness for $170 per night - what a complete and rip off.

• I was so disgusted that I couldn't bring myself to sleep under the sheets for fear of lice, bed bugs, etc. that I slept on top of the bed with my own pillow & blanket.

• I was hesitant at first reading all the negative reviews, but still made a reservation for a Queen sized bed for one night.

• The towels were threadbare.

• When I picked up a towel to wash my face it had tar stains on it & was dirty.
