Pacific Crest Inn by the Sea

• The hotel was only a walk away from the beach and we still had a great view of the beach.

• The manager did apologize, and offerred that the Queen did in fact have a better view, which to his credit I do believe that it did.

• Oh and did I mention how dirty the room was, there was even a sprout growing out of the bathroom sink.

• - The room I stayed is smelly(have no idea what that smell is), and the comforter is not as clean as I expect.

• We ended up staying at another inn just down the road and finally felt safe/clean!when we went back to talk to the owner, we were met with a nasty toned owner who continuously attacked me on a personal level saying things such as 'spoiled, arrogant, a pain in his a s s, stuck up' none of which are true, I just don't think someone should pay for a room where bugs are crawling on the bed and mold is eroding the shower door, AM I WRONG.

• If you don't mind bed bugs, foot disease from shower fungus, and verbal harassment, the location to the beach is great.

• The bathroom was very dirty.

• Nasty red 'bodily fluid' type substance streaked the wall adjacent to the bathroom sink.

• However the LAST STRAW came when we saw that the bed had BUGS crawling on it.

• The bed was very hard with springs poking up, and the linens were very worn and pillows lumpy.

• Many of our biggest complaints - lighting levels, quality of pillows, state of bathroom fixtures should have been in better condition despite the quality of the establishment.
