• The problem seemed to be transient and there wasn't really anything the engineers could do to fix it, but a couple of showers where you lose hot water mid-shower is quite annoying.

• nothing to brag about, the only problem I had with the room was the lack of towels provided, we ran out of towels our first day and the tv remote needed batteries, and we had trouble keeping the A/C on all night for my mom but i'm not a complainer and I'm sure they would have corrected the problem if we had complained.

• Towels smelled and were of low quality.
