• The shower had great water pressure and plenty of towels, although the towels were kept outside of the bathroom and I didn`t notice this until already in the shower.

• Towels are provided generously and smells nice too.

• The only complaint I would have is that both mornings I woke up by the loud sound of my neighbor's shower turning on.

• And only once have I ever encountered a problem (insufficient hot water in the shower)--which was fixed immediately, and they reduced my bill to compensate for the inconvenience.
