• When we requested clean towels after 3 days of not being cleaned we were told we needed to go to the laundry room.

• The one major downsdie to this hotel, and we had a junior suite, was the noise from one room to the other.

• (5th floor) (IMO the nicest suite in the Hotel) For $145 a night, this suite was the size of two standard rooms with two large flat screen tv's, two phones, and a king size bed that was excellent to sleep on with extra pillows.

• Just stayed in one of the suites and had one of the most disappointing experiences :1) no free wifi2) one hook in the entire bathroom (including vanity area).
