Residence Inn San Antonio

• An abundance of pillows and nice plush towels.

• The housekeeping staff made sure the dishes (provided for you) were cleaned and the room was stocked with plenty of towels.

• I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

• We called and were assured that someone would be there in 15 minutes to repair it ( there were 2 bathroom but there were 6 people staying in this suite making it really in convinient to share the 1 bathroom that night) we waited for over an hour and no one showed up.

• Although the suites are spacious, that cannot hide the fact that they are still kind of run down looking.

• I caught a great special on the Presidential Suite at this hotel.

• i was not impressed with the hotel frist when i got there we had 2 rooms but in two different buildings when i had specifically asked for 2 rooms side by side also the rooms were clean but we had ants and bugs in the room and also on the beds the doors did not work properly also we were supposed to have full breakfast and that means that they would cook omlets etc for their guests but they only had a buffet and also service was really slow.

• Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

• They had upgraded to granite counters in the kitchen and bath, but the furniture was old and stained, and the Murphy bed that was in the main area was incapable of being retracted, and its headboard was a wobbly padded board that did little to hide the old pumps in the 1 foot filthy little gap behind the bed.

• The bed had what appeared to be a urine spot.
