• Be sure to ask for a room away from the freeway - I got a room on the top floor away from the highway with a great view of downtown and the Alamo Dome.
• I am extremely upset with this incidence because if the pay-per-view or movies-on-demand rates are so high (~30 USD), the hotel should have a better way to set up it's approval.

• Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
• The negatives: The king-sized bed is not the greatest.

• Coffee and coffee maker are in the bathroom, on the counter (Gross!).
• I`ll start with the positives:+ Check-in was super fast and the clerk was very professional & nice+ There was plenty of parking, even during the busy Memorial day weekend+ The bed, as in all Hampton Inns, was amazing and gave a great night`s sleepUnfortunately, there were more negatives than I`ve come to expect from Hampton Inns:- Room was shabby, with holes in carpet and stains on the old vanity in bathroom-A/C was extremely loud and clunky when the compressor switched on-Poor lighting in the bathroom-Breakfast was not that well-run - popular items kept running out and they had a hard time keeping up (even with the breakfast room 1/2 full)For $160 paid per night, I expect more.
