Bed comfort was good, I slept soundly.
There were dirty used plastic cups under the bed.

Towels and sheets did not smell clean.
Some examples that prove it is a budget hotel: worn edges on the towels, small amounts of dirt in the corner of the shower and substantial lime deposits on the shower head (but otherwise clean bathroom).

The room was not so bad; big a good bed.
Very noisy room, just next to the building machine room.

The restroom is fairly small which is tolerable, but the tile shower/tub has evidence of mold/mildew in the grout.
shady location and people, people trying to film other people through their window, mouse poop on the sink, mildew in the bath tub, homeless people, heater didn't work, loud parties at 11: 00 pm switched room same story I would not recommend this place to anyone would not stay again if I was paid $70.

The bathroom shower had mildew on the tiles & in the tub.
Front desk was accomodating and moved us to another room after we spoke to them, to my surprise the second room was substantially smaller, with barely enough space to walk to bathroom, which by the way had a sink that would not drain properly and tub that drained very slow as well, carpet out of the bathroom had a stain , my guess was that something had overflowed.

The carpet was wet and smelled, the wallpaper was pealing off, the toilet ran continuously (until my husband fixed it), the shower head was lacking the wall cover (I was joined by a visiting bug during a shower), the bathroom floor was continuously wet (must have been some sort of leak), and we were not moved when we complained.
