• I also noticed a brand new SpringHill Suites being built that will probably take a lot of business from the Hilton.

• We were on holiday and not wearing business suits which may have been the reason, or she was simply having a bad day (having been in the hospitality management years myself, this should not have made a difference!).

• It was hard to enjoy the great bedding and new bathroom when the old A/C unit kept banging on and off.

• An in-room mini-coffee make is always a plus and the choice of LaVazza coffee made it even better (this seems to be standard in-room coffee choice in the Hilton's I have stayed in) The bathroom was clean, updated with plenty of new, fluffy, fresh-smelling towels.
