1. Positives - location is excellent - walking distance to lots of fun restaurants, right down the street from NC State and across the street from Campbell Law; breakfast is good and relatively cheap; free cabled internet.

7. They need to increase their knowledge about the area to recommend restaurants, coffee shops, local bars, general directions, etc. There should be coffee in the lobby in the AM.
