• I was already going to be late for a meeting, so i got in my shower, to be greated by polar bears while I took the coldest shower of my lifetime.
• engineer came in 5-10 minutes and found a plug disconnected --TV was an early 1990s model-- bathroom was clean but has seen better days-tub/shower was very small.
